When you write a specialty prescription, you're sending the patient into the most fragmented part of American healthcare — the place where drugs sit on a fax server, prior auths die in a queue, and you find out three weeks later that your patient never got the medication. QuantifyRx is the opposite of that. We pick up the phone. We work the prior auth. We send a nurse to the home. We send you a note when something changes. We do not disappear after we fill the script.

One important thing first. QuantifyRx serves patients on self-funded employer health plans — the plan sponsors who chose Quantify Specialty Care as their specialty partner. We are not in network with fully-insured commercial plans or Medicare. If your patient has a self-funded employer plan that uses QSC, we are ready. If not, call us anyway — we'll tell you who is.

Who we are

QuantifyRx is the URAC-accredited pharmacy arm of Quantify Specialty Care (QSC) — URAC Specialty Pharmacy Services accreditation in progress — a clinician-led specialty infusion and medications organization built for self-funded employer plans. We were founded because the standard specialty model — dispense, ship, walk away — was failing the patients who could least afford to fall through the cracks. Every QuantifyRx fill is wrapped in QSC's Virtual Hospital Model: a 24/7 Command Center, a 1:1 bedside RN in the home, continuous physiologic monitoring, and a named pharmacist who knows the patient by name. The whole thing answers to one customer: the patient and the plan that pays for the care.

Time to first fill, measured in hours.

Clean Rx + approved PA → medication at the patient's door within 24 hours, on average. Cold chain shipped in Ember Cube with real-time temperature and GPS monitoring. A bedside RN scheduled before the medication arrives. The patient is not waiting two weeks wondering.

Adherence by call, not by autoship.

We do not auto-ship and assume the patient took it. A QSC nurse calls before the bottle runs out. If the patient is wavering on adherence, we know — and you know — before the next refill. Per-patient PDC, persistence, and time-on-therapy are tracked, reported, and shared with your clinic on request.

SDOH gaps closed by a real person.

Transportation, food, copay, benefits navigation. Every QSC patient gets a dedicated Resource Coordinator who closes the social-determinant gaps that quietly destroy adherence on specialty therapy. Not a checkbox referred to a vendor. A named person who calls back.

Anaphylaxis-ready, REMS-Plus.

For high-risk therapies, every infusion is supervised by an anaphylaxis-trained RN with a standardized epinephrine kit and a Command Center RN reading streaming physiology in real time. REMS-required dosing observation, training, and documentation built into the standard model — not a per-drug retrofit.

Concurrent dietitian, behavioral health.

For therapies where diet, behavior, or mental wellness drive outcomes (PKU, autoimmune, oncology survivorship, chronic biologic regimens), QSC clinicians work alongside the prescriber's plan — not as a separate referral the patient has to navigate.

You see the data we see.

Monthly clinical updates to the prescribing clinic. Adherence trend, recent vitals from connected devices, side effects flagged by the bedside RN, REMS-relevant safety events, and notes from every patient touchpoint. Available in your EMR's preferred direct-messaging format on request.

We work the prior auth. Not your nurse.

We chase the payer. We file the appeal. We stay on it through approval. Median resolution under 72 hours on standard PAs; expedited within 24 when clinically required. Your clinic gets a single status update, not a fax loop. Your patient does not become a project manager for their own care.

A named clinical contact, every week.

Direct RN-to-RN handoffs with your clinic. No fax black-holes. No portal-only updates. A named QSC clinician your team can call by name — and they will know the patient by name when they answer.
