For patients
You will know your pharmacist by name. You will have a direct number. Refills come on time, at temperature, every time.

Specialty medications are expensive. Most patients qualify for manufacturer copay programs, foundation grants, or patient-assistance resources we work on your behalf. On HDHP/HSA plans the IRS-minimum deductible must be met first, then we work the cost share down as far as the plan allows.
Most medications come cold-chain. For warmer regions or strict-temperature drugs, we ship in Ember Cube — an actively-refrigerated container with onboard cooling. You set the empty cube back on the porch for FedEx pickup. We handle the return logistics.
Patient FAQ
Specialty medications can feel like a maze. The point of this section is to make sure you never feel like a number, an account, or a queue. If you have a question that's not here, call (888) 536-9963 or email pharmacy@quantifysc.com — a pharmacist will answer.
QuantifyRx is the URAC-accredited pharmacy arm of Quantify Specialty Care (QSC). We dispense, ship, and clinically support high-cost specialty medications — infusions, injections, and oral biologics — for members of self-funded employer health plans that have chosen QSC as their specialty partner. Legally we are UrgentMedRx, LLC doing business as QuantifyRx.
Either your prescriber sent it directly (e-Rx, fax, or phone), or your employer health plan routed your specialty medication to us because Quantify Specialty Care is your plan's specialty partner. If you're not sure, call us — we'll explain exactly what happened and confirm your benefit before you're charged anything.
Three ways: call (888) 536-9963 and ask for your named pharmacist, email pharmacy@quantifysc.com, or use the Patient Portal. We don't auto-ship without confirming you're ready — a clinician calls before your next refill so we never deliver medication you can't take or don't need.
Call us. We do the paperwork. We contact your current pharmacy, request the transfer, work the prior authorization with your plan, and confirm everything with your prescriber. You don't lift a finger and there's no gap in your therapy.
Cost share depends on your plan. Our team works manufacturer copay programs, foundation grants, and patient-assistance resources on every member's behalf to bring out-of-pocket as close to $0 as the plan allows. On HDHP/HSA plans the IRS-minimum deductible must be met first, then we negotiate every option available. You will never be surprised by a bill — we walk you through the exact cost before we ship.
Most specialty medications ship cold-chain in our Ember Cube containers — actively-refrigerated, GPS-tracked, temperature- and humidity-monitored from our pharmacy bench to your door. You don't sign for special deliveries, don't open a foam cooler hoping ice packs held up, and don't deal with dry ice. When you're done, set the empty Ember Cube back on the porch for FedEx pickup — we handle the return logistics.
Your named QSC clinician, any time. (888) 536-9963 routes 24/7 to the on-call nurse. For anaphylaxis-risk medications, an anaphylaxis-trained RN is part of your care plan from day one.
Patient Voices
You will hear from a lot of pharmacies. Here is what people on Quantify therapy said about working with us.
When I was diagnosed, making sense of healthcare was the most aggravating and uncertain aspect of my cancer treatment. All these disjointed buckets — hospital tests, drugs, radiation, chemo, and insurance. Blue Cross would deny expensive tests that had to be performed to properly diagnose and stage me. After the tests were completed, I had to get my oncologist to write a letter on my behalf and ask the clinic to not ruin my credit for a few weeks until Blue Cross agreed to pay. Learning all this when you don't know how much time you have left is not fun. I think what you do is amazing, and I hope everyone can get great care that is not such a horrible puzzle in the future.
I'm surprised on how attentive you all are at getting people setup. lol it usually takes doctors months.
You guys at Quantify have just been the best specialty care pharmacy that I have ever come across, and the fact that I will be able to continue with you guys after all just makes it so much better.
Having a care team just a text message away 24/7 helps manage my chronic illness. Speaking with a therapist over the phone or via Zoom each week, for as long or short as I need, has helped keep my anxiety and stress at its best level ever. The best pro is that it has been completely free of charge through my employer.
Quantify Specialty Pharmacy has provided invaluable support, far exceeding what I ever imagined possible from such an organization.
I met with a new GI doctor and have a colonoscopy scheduled. My next injection is October 10th. Thank you for helping me get my Crohn's under control.
This is like Christmas. I get to sit down and do some shopping. I honestly thought it was Christmas when I found out I didn't have to drive three hours for my infusions and could have them at home. Then I found out about the program and thought it was too good to be true. This is life-changing for me and my family.
With this program we have been able to completely change the way she is eating, and for the first time in years her labs all came back within normal limits. She hasn't had any accidents and she hasn't had to take the heavy-hitting med for loose stools.
I felt the communication was really effective, prompt, and professional. I don't think I ever had a question that didn't get answered or an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely fashion.
It was a great experience, and the nurse was fantastic.
